I am opposed to the proposed bailout. It only gives license to the same kind of practices which got us here in the first place. The economy will stabilize eventually, even if we eat shit now. And, this nonsense of Obama and McCain staying in Washington to "fix" the situation in one fell swoop is not going to help. That being said, McCain needs to get his buttocks down to Oxford town, Oxford town, or he can kiss 'em goodbye come November 4. I don't forsee bread lines just yet...the pile up of cars at McDonald's hasn't stopped...in my neighbourhood at least.
