Agree entirely Krav, and the ground troops were only in the last stages. The IRA terrorist tactics are largely bombings, and I don't believe they target civilians, except when they put a "hit" on someone. Also, they were functioning within Northern Ireland, not firing missiles across the border (like Hezbollah) aimed at civilian areas in order to inflict civilian casualties primarily, which is the case for Hezbollah.
