Most Gubernatorial records are immediately put under seal, however Texas has a law against this, so GWB's records ARE available. Dean mis-spoke sometime ago when he used this as an excuse to keep his own sealed.Of course, everytime somebody brings this up to Dean, he still says "if GWB unseals his I will unseal mine" and nobody in the press calls him on. Go figure.
