I really like keeping tabs on the board by hitting the mobile site at:

http://www.dbinfosource.com/board/mobile.asp

This downloads the last 15 messages in the reverse decending order that they were entered and it is about a zillion times faster than loading the normal board. Dan and I have discussed incorparating different sections into the board that would draw more attention to those sections. These would be the Links section, The Pictures Section and the DB Review Section. The basic idea would be that when someone posts in these areas some alert would be set on the board for notice or discussion

Another idea I thought of that I did not mention to you Dan was the idea of hitting the board and being able to pick up on all the responses to your recent posts. That way you dont have to wade thru 4 levels to see if someone has responded to your posts. You just say hey let me know if someone has responded to anyone of my posts in the last couple of days.
