: I can't answer your question, but I will say that if you get a chance to see Fishbone live it's well worth it. �I saw them about 5 years ago and they put on an seriously high energy show. �They've got a unique style of funk that's hard not to like, especially with their crazy onstage antics.

i'll second and third this motion. for my money, angelo moore is the most gifted dude of my generation. sucker burns with the white-hot fire, i'm tellin' ya, and seeing him October 2, 1985 at the Berkeley Square changed my life for the better - i could only stare/marvel at him (in between getting bounced around in the pit) and think 'that! that's what i want to be. that right there!' so thank you, angelo, for making my folks hate my career choice.
as far as recorded work, i'd start with Truth & Soul, but In Your Face is pretty damn good, too.
