I am NOT saying, that that was my preferred outcome, just that it is ONE of the reasons, that Harris lost. I have no problems with DEI in principle, but the way it has been carried out lately in the US is problematic at best.

Diversity is fine, but when merit is totally left by the wayside, then your hiring practices are off.

Equity is fine, but requires openness in regards to a lot of things most american people usually think of as private.

As for your inclusion rules, they are anything but, due to very subjective interpretations all over the place.
