I found one site that claimed to have listed all the cover songs Bob has played live. He does like to play covers and I guess during his "Never Ending Tour" years he pulled out quite a few. Not sure how up to date it was and I scrolled down to the letter S and did not see Swallowed by the Cracks but did not check for other songs.
He does have an ornate wooden box he keeps scraps of paper in though and he apparently does not care if you show up to a meeting in your pajamas...just for future reference.
