The fiddle is played by David Lindley. If you want some musical connections - check out this guy's discography. He played with some many people. I have to imagine he crossed paths with DB - as David Lindley played some on James Reyne's debut which also included Baerwald, Ricketts and Sigerson (not long after Boomtown).
