It honestly looks to me like they know they are going to lose these, they are not even presenting any kind of defense in any of them anymore. Now his entire defense has become "Fuck all of you, yes I did it, I can do anything, presidents have total immunity!"
His lawyers in pretty much every single one of these cases are not even attempting to defend him. They only argue immunity or to dismiss the case on the grounds that people won't allow Trump to commit whatever crime he wants to commit.
It's dumber than the campaigns that all of the other Republican presidential candidates have run in this primary. Everybody seems to be trying to lose, Trump's lawyers and his opponents.
