Good catch, E. I think MosFilm worked on restoring a bunch of Russian films and when that was happening they put some of them up on YouTube. I don't know if the version on YouTube is the restored version but it is a great way to watch it for free if you want to try the film. I went there and started watching it and ended up an hour into the film before I knew it.
I have the film on Blu-ray so, I will have to pull that out and watch it again. I believe the Blu-ray is taken from the MosFilm restoration.
