I have been mainly quiet because not only am I so sick of Donald Trump, I am just as sick of, if not more, those who continue to support this man.

Over the past, what, half of a decade, Donald Trump has repeatedly and FACTUALLY shown he is a despicable human being by his behavior.  And that is not an opinion, but a FACT based upon that behavior.

One could spend too long of time regurgitating all of the horrible aspects of this man in both word and deed and I'm not going to do that.  Mainly because if those that support this man have not come to this conclusion, it is clear they are unreachable. Sadly, I also believe they are just too insincere to even engage anymore.

Clearly, in my lifetime, and possibly in the history of the US, there has not been one person more damaging to the US than Donald Trump.

He has done possibly irreparable damage to the US - though, some may suggest one thing he successfully did was to expose the horrific underbelly of the American psyche, which to some, the mere knowledge of it could be a good thing to know of.

Also, I have never seen a political party like today's Republican Party.  It used to be I had an idea of what they claimed to be for, but in today's world, the only true thing they believe in is winning elections and an R by one's name.

Sometimes, I wish we could have a viewing of an opposing world to observe how their opinions would change just by the D and R in front of a name and color versus white.

I mean, we all KNOW what would have happened on Jan 6 if those of color had behaved the same as the predominately white rioters and if Obama had been in office.

Sincerely, I am very distressed about the direction of this country on all fronts.  I really am.  We have entered an age where a thirst for knowledge and education has been weaponized by all things white - I mean, book banning in 2023?  A country where transvestites, draq queen dressers and trans people are public enemies No 1?

Oddly, I have a strong like/dislike opinion of Bill Maher, but lately, he has been making some very important comments about American life during his New Rules segment, but his observations are being mainly ignored with people latching on to cherry-picked morsels of his commentary to make a political point.  America truly is not in a good place right now.

But back to Trump for a moment - I want some sincerely religious person to explain to me how this man can be seen in ANY religious or moral light?  Tell me what virtues of a sincerely religious person this man emulates?   He lies, he cheats, he bullies, does not attend regular services, does not live a life of virtue and is a moral vacuum.

And when that sincere person honestly says none, then that exactly proves my point about this man - he is a cowardly chameleon of the highest order that does not give one concern about this fellow American other than himself.

Oh, and yes, he deserves to go to prison (though, I don't think that will happen).

On a way back machine observation - just the other day I saw where his good friend Rudy complained how the hush money paid to Stormy Daniels was a private thing between two adults.  Now, recall back to the Clinton years when Clinton's philandering came out during his campaigns and how back then Republicans wholeheartedly argued if citizens can't trust a man in his marriage, how can he be trusted to run the country and how Clinton was unfit for office because of his wandering pecker. Today, for Republicans, it is a private matter and just what men do. Ah, what the simple switching of a D and R results in.
