After asking, I went on a bit of a DB interview research jag.  Didn't find any Tony Berg interviews mentioning David, nor any other reference on David's part.  DB was being asked about his A&M woes when he mention that Berg could speak knowledgeably to both sides of the issue, DB's and A&M's viewpoint.  As was noted in the interview, I thought you posted, the entire affair became exceptionally personal on A&M's part.  But then they went to bat for DB, etc and so on.

I find it particularly interesting that DB, surely without realizing, signed away the rights to his own name.  That's diabolical, imo.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, hoping life goes on more smoothly, or at least contentedly.
