So, I am not concerned with what MAGA Nation thinks. Really, I have not been for some time. They would not be the ones to decide if Trump could run again. Essentially, I believe either the Congress or the courts can eliminate him from running. So, I believe there is more than one avenue to that. Here is the way through the court. The lawyers would raise the question of what was Trump's intent and Barr as well as Pence's lead counsel's emails have made Trump's intent crystal clear.
18 U.S. Code 2383
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
