Basically, that video shows what it is Trump loves about Putin. If you have a brain that video would scare the hell out of you and would make you fully understand why Trump belongs nowhere near American politics. He thinks taking stuff from people, just taking it, is genius. To him it is brilliant. I don't know who that roomful of people are he is saying that to, but it is a Mar-a-Lago crowd so probably a room full of like minded scum. 

Trump is not an idealogue, he loves Putin because he openly has established a kleptocracy in Russia, has made himself the richest man in the world (something Trump wants to be), and Putin can kill or jail people at the drop of a hat. This is Trump's fantasy...he wants to be Putin. He loves the man's power and money and lusts after it. 

Trump is a kiss ass to anybody he thinks is above him on the money and power ladder. This is a well known fact about him. He will do whatever they tell him. If you are below Trump on this ladder you are dirt under his feet and he expects you to bow down to him. There are a lot of elected Republicans bowing to Trump...he demands this.
