Many fine observations there, Ross. I'm not one for bars as it would kill me to pay such a steep price for beer, and the few folks I hang with are similarly cheap bastards. I can relate to Morrissey's sentiment about the bitter sting that he felt from catholicism. Anyone who bothers to examine and really absorb its long, bloody history, would feel similarly. The catholics I know, and I'm surrounded by them, don't have an inkling as to the death and misery that it has caused. Honestly, I don't know if there is a god, but if he exists, he has a hell of a lot to answer for!
