Anybody else following this tale that is growing in bizarreness each day?

The more information that is revealed, the stranger it becomes.  For example, he was cited for a .02 bac (typical limits are .08).  Now, having a .02 does not mean a person can't be "impaired," but this is odd.

From the latest of articles, it seems as if this might be about some other things - for example, could Springsteen exhibited signs of impaired skills because of a mixture of alcohol and prescription drugs (he has openly talked about taking prescription medications for depression). 

Or, is the arrest due to maybe an overzealous police officer with a bit of animus toward Springsteen?

The latest I have read is that while on his motorcycle he came across fans and did a shot of tequila while sitting on his motorcycle and in view of police.  He then drove off and was stopped. 

I'm curious if he "peeled out" or drove in some other manner to be cited for reckless driving.
