I think the Trumps are planning to move to Dubai. At least this is what I have heard. It's not a joke. Basically, the entire family is concerned with lawsuits and criminal charges against them once Trump leaves office. Don Jr. is said to have been terrified of this happening for some time and spent a considerable amount of time planning for his escape from the US. It is considered a "luxury" city that would suit their preferred lifestyle, there is no extradition agreement with the US, and Kushner is great pals with MBS. The kids I think are likely to flee there pretty quickly once Trump is out of office. I think Trump himself would like to stay in Florida but I do not think he wants to face the legal heat that will be on him. It is said he does not like the Secret Service and thinks of them as cops that could take him into custody at any moment. 

I certainly think Putin would welcome Trump with open arms in Russia, it would be a giant jewel in his crown to have an American President "escape" to Russia but I think in truth Trump is more than a little afraid of Putin and so probably won't move there.
