Thankfully, with few exceptions, we've avoided the frightening political violence which was seen not that long ago in South America (Chile and Argentina), and which exists presently in Venezuela. Asia has been and continues to be horrific (North Korea, China, Myanmar, and increasingly in India). And I'd include Duterte's killing spree in the Philippines. I need not enumerate the political horrors of Africa and the Middle East. But can it happen here? What would it take? the prospect of this should give pause to all Americans! So no, I would never conceive of harming my moronic neighbors who fly Trump's flag. And yes, every time I drive by them I seethe at their public display of ignorance. Frankly, it's like waving a confederate flag at me. I wonder if they'd feel similarly if I flew a Never Trump flag?
