Honestly, I have to know if that's true or a joke, Peter. That's an awesome detail that I just find hilarious.  I, and Julia, have to deal with some Trump supporters in our lives. I think I deal with it much better because I have a naturally very black sense of humor and the ability to say things that are extremely biting but confuse people. So, in most cases I actually do respond in such a way that I make my thoughts known so as to allow some of my fury to escape but only to the extent that I leave the Trump supporter generally confused. Julia takes it all in a much harder way as she can't at all get past the vicious cruelty of Trump and those that work for him and so the blackness it leads her to is depression and anxiety. 

When I say that it's just the law of the jungle and so it is completely expected that Trump, like any wild animal, will of course kill children and prey on the weak or the unprotected she really finds no comfort in that. This is how animals work and Trump is a lower form of our species and so lacks intelligence but unlike a lion that just wants to eat and feed the hunger in his belly the Trump animal actually will kill out of spite, vindictiveness, and to demonstrate his willingness to do harm to a child so as to cause repulsion in people...which he sees as a weakness. 

And here lies the issue when dealing with someone that supports Trump. I will give them a pass on their first vote for him in 2016 because they can claim ignorance on that one...but now they know Trump openly and proudly supported taking children from their parents and also killing some as an example to show he will kill children with no remorse...supposedly something these wildly hypocritical anti-abortion people are against...and so a vote for Trump is no longer just a vote against Hillary Clinton. A vote for Trump, a Trump sign in your yard, a bumper sticker on your car now proudly shouts at the world you too want to kill children at our border and abuse the shit out of them by taking them from their parents.  I mean that's just one thing it says. It says far more but the repulsion level is so high on that one that it is hard to comprehend.

So, handing out Hitler cookies does seem quite appropriate coming from somebody that still supports Trump knowing all we know now. It's actually quite a wonderful way for them to express themselves.
