Russia and American Social Conservatives...and Eric Trump

The Russians and Putin in particular seem to be widely admired by a lot of American social conservatives
(especially evangelical Christians). They have a shared antipathy to gays, Muslims, and liberal ideas. Both
groups wish they could return to their halcyon days when women were barefoot and pregnant, gays were
closeted, blacks were denied equality, and secularists were terrified to speak out. The Cold War had its
benefits for some folks. And isn't it interesting that Eric "Slaughterer of Trophy Animals" Trump doesn't seem to have much of a role in
the Russia affair . It would seem his lack of gray matter has a silver lining! Perhaps SNL's portrait of him has
