So, once more Trump tells us openly he could not care less about
children. Yesterday, he stated he thought a good way to deal with school
shootings was to stop making schools gun free zones and instead make them
a zone loaded with guns. Arm the teachers, arm the coaches, allow
concealed carry in schools. Make sure that if one person starts shooting
in a school that lots of people can all start shooting back.
So, make sure a crazed blazing gun battle is a normal thing that can
occur in any school.
If ever someone made an argument to stop sending your children to any
kind of school...Donald Trump made it yesterday. The "president" of the
United States went on record stating we should arm teachers and coaches
and end the ban on guns in schools. He gave an open signal to the NRA
that he is in their pocket and every wacko gun owner that if you want to
go somewhere to have a major gun battle your nearest school is the place
to go.
Imagine all the people that heard that thinking they will now go
packing
to their children's school to pick them up or drop them off...or sadly
forever say goodbye to their child because our "president" wants to turn
every school into a shooting gallery...that will now patrol the schools
and schoolyards looking for somebody else carrying a gun to shoot at.
And guess what? If this happens you will find lots of people carrying
guns at your local school and so how does anybody identify who is
supposed to have a gun there and who should not? You can't. So, what will
happen is people will see somebody with a gun in or near a school and
they will start shooting...and the other person will shoot back...then
others will charge in when they hear the gunfire and they will start
shooting too.
Students will feel even less safe and so they will be motivated to
carry
a gun to school and with the president giving the thumbs up to more guns
in schools who could blame them. They will want to shoot back too!
It will be pure mayhem and then somebody with a cell phone in their
hand
will get shot because, oops, it looked like a gun. More children will die
people will go off the deep end and gun sales will skyrocket.
The NRA and gun manufacturers will be thrilled! They will pop the
champagne and tell Donny the Dumb what a wonderful job he did.
You want to know why our idiotic "president" endorsed more guns in
schools and ending gun free zones...because the NRA spent a massive
amount of money creating and running ads to elect Trump in 2016.
That's right, they broke a record in 2016 spending to elect Trump and
to
terrify gun owners into voting for him.
$31 million dollars is what the NRA spent on ads to elect Trump in
2016.
So, there are 31 million reasons why Trump would say the solution to
school shootings is to put more guns in schools and to arm more people.
