"Reg - you realize this was all about wanting a blackberry right? Stupid
mistake - yes (one several people's part) - but impeachable offense -
come on. Are you on the Vince Foster train as well?"
It's actually about the fact that she did 100% of her business while
Secretary of State on a private server in her basement. That's not just
dumb it is amazingly dumb. The judges that have looked at this were so
blown away they had to ask if this was real and if this really happened.
It is about the fact that as Secretary of State her emails were
government records and therefore belonged archived as official records of
her time spent in that position showing what she did. If they did not
discover what she had done she would have made sure those records were
destroyed...which she attempted to make sure happened. This is not a
minor mistake, it is a crime and the punishment for it is you are no
longer permitted to hold public office. I'm not inventing this. If this
were not Hillary Clinton, former first lady and leading candidate for
president the person that did this would already be being prosecuted.
She was Secretary of State, she absolutely would have known she could
not
transact business on a private email through a server in her basement.
She is not, as I said going to go to jail for this, but she should be
indicted for it because if they don't it will set yet another shitty
government precedent for allowing somebody like Clinton to violate the
law. She certainly is not fit nor qualified to be president if she did
this. It shows poor judgement, stupidity, arrogance, and an effort to
obfuscate the public record.
The "But I wanted to use my Blackberry." excuse is one of the dumbest
things I have ever heard and sounds like something a teenager would say.
"And the last link you posted was about further propping up for political
points the tragedy that was Benghazi. Are you wielding the pitchforks on
that one too?"
No. However, keep this in mind, Dan, the Republicans know they have
her on this one and they will not let go of it. Honestly, on this they
should not. The mainstream media will not address it and neither will
Sanders. Everybody wants to brush it off like it was nothing and that is
not the case. Supposedly for fear that if they addressed openly what she
did Donald Trump could end up president.
