The chart isn't meant to compare two states. The obvious take-away is the
trend. I do agree that those laws listed don't tell the whole story - but
really how can someone say gun laws don't have SOME effect when the trend
on that chart is so obvious.As for kids using guns to maim or kill other kids - why are you so sure the
guns were purchased through illegal channels? It's just too easy to buy
guns without resorting to illegal means.
