Respectfully and completely disagree Ross. Who has the power to govern in this country and to act on behalf of the 'small people'?

is it our elected government or is it the corporations and their hand-picked, oil-fed judiciary? Or can we tell the difference anymore? Or do we care? Clearly the industry ran over the government in this case. And should a sitting judge with an investment portfolio in Big Oil recuse himself from hearing this case?

Clearly the oil workers in the Gulf wanted to go back to work and so were against the moratorium. But then so were the children's flammable pajama workers ....
