I don't agree with ye...even IF Blind Lemon what's his face even existed.  And can you please tell me where one might read of Hendrix coping this guy's style...I would just be very interested in learning more about what you claim is Jimi's source.  Yeah, Jimi was influenced by a lot of Blind Lemon, Howlin' Wolf, Muddy Waters etc..but I will bet (even without hearing Blind Lemon), that he didn't sound vaguely like Jimi Hendrix.   Jimi was God, EVH a mere mortal, and not musically in the same Church as Jimi, let alone the same pew.     Musically, Jimi was light years ahead of Eddie, and just about every guitar player since...still is.   Sorry Mick...you're FOS on this one (in my opinion; of course we will always disagree on this, but my feelings about Jimi are unshakeable even if he got inspiration from Blind Lemon Limester).  I've not had Beamish, but Murphy's (at least the stuff you can get here in the tin), is mediocre.  Gimme a Guinness on tap, anyday.
