And then one day you'll open the door to the garage and wonder what you'll do with all the things they've brought back with them as they ponder what they'll do next.

It's a rough world for the young these days. In my day when one left home as expected, one never returned except to visit. But the times, they were different then, they were more friendly to the young who left the nest.

Even the ones who land on their feet today sometimes get kicked in the gut and seek refuge.

Home is where it always has to be, never closed, the door never locked to a son or daughter who needs a little time to reflect before they leave again, not always taking with them the things they've stored in the garage.
