You are trying to goad me (or Ed) into posting the Rip Torn-Norman Mailer brawl yet again and while I will admit you almost had me, I have learned to better control my urges and desires. Yes, Rip is sort of a hero to me and I fully endorse everything he does. I mean when the world is in a giant fiscal mess what better place to show up drunk with a gun than a closed bank in Connecticut? I think Rip was trying to prove a point about "criminal mischief" and who we really should be leveling these little words at. Rip has a big brain, see, and he uses a greater percentage of it than most of us mere mortals...that's why it can be so hard for us to understand his behavior...
