This was made I think back in 1961. Amazing watching Obama change his colors on the Single Pay plan. He gets himself in trouble when off of the teleprompter. It's obvious he is not a very good extemporaneous speaker. Limbaugh would chew him up and spit him out in a debate any day of the week.
