Really Ross, who cares about marginalizing Palin? She's already accomplished more in that arena to hurt herself by her own words and deeds than anyone could ever do to her.

As far as the Democrats go, I think it's time for Obama to end this 'bipartisan cooperation' bullshit. The Republicans have consistently proved themselves unamenable to compromise and the opinion makers in (and for) the party are rabble-rousing to the point of fascism with their vague and veiled threats of violence and their whipping up of the louts and no-nothings out there- the 'Tea Party' morons who hang their Representatives in effigy and tote their guns into public forums.

The Democrats should 'man up' and pass a reform bill without any heed paid to the losers who constitute the shards of the Republican party.
