Q1. How fit to I need to be?
Answer:
To begin learning Krav Maga you do not need to be an Olympic athlete, marathon runner or a cross country skier. You do have to have a basic level of fitness but it does not need to be great. As you progress through the training you will get fitter and in better shape. We will always work with you to the best of your ability to make you a good fighter in the shortest possible time.
