Is downloading (illegal or otherwise) killing these music stores? Or is the answer that simple. For me - silver platter CDs are dead. My CDs go from package to computer to hardrive and then in storage never to be looked at again. Of course I appreciate the album art - but for me - the convenience of digital distribution trumps that. I guess I'm about as far away from the target audience for the recent surge in vinyl releases as I can get.
