I think you guys described why she was picked and why "they" thought she was good (and a great stunt) and these are exactly the things I meant when I said she brings the worst elements to forefront of the process. You're both 100% right, I think, and yeah that's sad and sickening but I was looking for somebody to provide reasons for why they really think she is a good choice. The key thing is you guys listed the reasons why they picked her but you don't believe these things make her a good choice. The fact is they do not make her a good choice.Anybody can join the NRA.Anybody can be against abortion.Anybody can go join a church. These are not qualifications. They are just choices a person can make. They may or may not show what she likes or enjoys or believes in but they certainly do not show she can be the Vice President. They may as well say she bakes a great cake. In the day to day duties of the VP nobody is going to ask him or her to pull out their NRA card (except if you are Cheney and you've shot somebody in the face...maybe and only then for a laugh) and you are not going to be asked to stop an abortion and you are not going to be expected to show up in church at least once a week. These things might be nice personal things to some people but they have nothing to do with being VP. I really don't think anybody can come up with any reason this woman should be VP. I think it can only be proven she is a desperate stunt to try to win this election. I find this amazing and disgusting and insulting all at the same time. It's a strange fucking world.
