Well, you are right, Dale, Biden is known for putting his foot in his mouth and not censoring himself. The thing is you can't win in this game. Obama has no record, Biden has too much. Obama picked him exactly for this reason. Don't worry, Biden has had many off the cuff statements over the years and when you've got 30 years to pick apart they will have plenty to use against him. What you have to look at is,is there any substance to these stories. Saying a dozen goofy things in 30 years of public life seems not to be very damaging. Oh, well at least there is some consensus that Biden is a good pick, I mean if even Rush likes this pick what else could you ask for.

What will be more fun, watching McCain and Romney despise each other as they run together or watching Biden take his lumps for past goofball statements? I guess we win all around and we'll be eating a lot of popcorn. Thank god for booze!
