In my instance a NE general merchandiser was good out of business and I stumbled upon an
overlooked CD of Triage with that same card within.
Did anyone ever send in the card, who might tell us of the gift we missed out on.
I have heard of instances where people have sent in the coupon on the back of the box(mag),
and 10¢(or what have you) and received a Norman Rockwell print or whatever the hot item of
30 years earlier was. Personally, I'd rather keep the card.
