Odd you should mention that. We have everything packed up because of construction, phase one closing soon, wahoo! But anyway we wanted to finally listen to a cd or two and in the box was a Triage cassette box. The cassette itself seems to have disappeared. So I decided after reading your post, to look and lo and behold, there was the card. So, no, didn't send it in either:)
