I applaud him.   I don't know if it's the whole truth either, but his dissertation certainly speaks to the heart of the matter, in my eyes.  This nation seems to be sleeping in ingnorance, perhaps, in some instances, willingly so, but it is high time that eyes are opened.

I'm a part-time West Virginian, since my "day job" is here.  The salt of the earth folks I meet every day, who are natives of this state worship Sen Byrd, and I think I can see why.
