Wow--I had no idea Kudzu had made it to Phoenix!I was accustomed to thinking of it as a mainly Southeastern problem. In my brief stay in Alabama, it was all over the place, draped over forests, strangling everything . . .If anyone is interested in Kudzu, what it looks like, why it's a problem, who brought it here & planted it . . . here's one reference: http://www.nps.gov/plants/alien/fact/pumo1.htm
My mentor down south always bought the haybales that had kudzu when he had the opportunity. Horses seem to love the stuff.Herring405
