Yeah, the name thing seems to be what everybody thinks is the issue and that he was not born Barack Hussein Obama but changed his name to that at some point. Personally, I don't really care about him changing his name but he's supposed to be a guy that stands for transparency in government and hiding a document as benign as a birth certificate seems...well...stupid and it's causing the sharks to circle sniffing blood. The fact that he is taking his time getting it out there is only going to make more of an issue of whatever is on it...super dumb! This should have been dealt with in rapid fashion so as not to create this kind of situation and not dealing well with small situations like this (and this is not the first time he's blown something like this) makes him look like he would have even larger issues dealing with the massive problems that face the next president.

I still think he's the best remaining choice but these are the kind of issues that bother me about him, not the media hype about preachers and him being a terrorist, but the fact that when faced with real world situations that require some skill he often looks slow footed and lost. That often concerns me but I'm counting on the fact that he will assemble the best team and that is a rather large consideration and he towers above McCain in this regard.
