Oil discovery (and recovery) peaked and falling, demand increasing... India and China not even fully ramped up into Western-style consumption capitalism-- 35 million, 80 million? 160 million cars? Who knows how many more cars those two well-placed societies will add to the world's highways? How many more coal-fired electric plants?
