Agreed, but we really don't need a new refinery. Motiva has a huge expansion in process at its Beaumont/Port Arthur location that will help quite a bit. Also, while global gasoline consumption is going up, I would forecast that US consumption will start to fall soon. Increased auto efficiency, high gas prices, and aging of the baby boomer generation ought to drive this.
