Yeah, I see Kevin's point, and DNA has been used to solve crimes, especially ones that have gone cold until the DNA has shed light on some of the criminals responsible. I do worry, as you have pointed out, what other sinister purpose may come of "sampling" more of the population's DNA. They are probably gonna clone more "Molly the Goat(s)" to make them smarter, and with less hair, or something. Finally, comedian Bill Dixon will have his day...when GOAT BOY returns.
