I'm with you, matey. There's a youtube performance of her on Jools Holland's show long before she became the strange, tortured, fascinating car wreck that she is now, singing an old Louis Armstrong tune, and my god, even then, painfully shy, gawky and awkward, she shone like a diamond in the mud. Hope she finds her way out of this cul de sac she's in. A true, genuine, fearless talent. Just love her.
