Seven Samurai is good, but I'd go with Yojimbo (the source material for A Fist Full of Dollars), Rashomon, or The Hidden Fortress.(watch for all the stuff George Lucas ripped off for Star Wars).I've got nothing against Seven Samurai, but I think he's made far better films, and the ones above are only a few. Ran, Kagemusha, and Dreams are all brilliant as well.
