I own all of Ryans commercially available music, with and without Whiskeytown. Like so many young extremely talented artists like Ryan, Hank III, Doyle Bramhall just to name few. They release a superb debut, then perhaps a mediocre sophomore release but they do find their muse finally and we the listeners are all the better for waiting it out.As for Ryans antics, which I don't condone, it's ROCK N ROLL. Hell, Jim Morrison, Jagger, Zeppelin set the stage for these guys. Lets just hope their excesses don't result in an untimely demise.
