I am wondering what you guys think of the Republican candidates. I've been watching them and the Democrats just to keep myself educated on the people with the potential to become the "leader of the free world."
None of them has really wowed me. Hearing Huckabee left me not impressed. He comes across and this is just my opinion as weak and meek

Here's some information you might be interested in, all of the Republicans I know are split between three guys Rudy, Mitt, and Ron Paul. Which I think is sort of interesting. I know you guys are sort of spread out across the country and I only have heard thoughts from "East Coast Republicans"...so what are the feelings where you guys are at because it seems to be quite a split with no real major support behind any of these guys.
Interesting you should mention Ron Paul. I think he is big everywhere but his own state. Honestly he has no presence in Texas. No Texas Republican I know would vote for him.

Like Pat said, Huckabee is the hot guy at this moment.  
I was being facetious Reg, when was the last time a Christian preacher was popular with the MSM? Like I said if he gets much hotter he will be their bitch.

When it all said and done and the bullshit clears this is what the bottom line for me will be:
1. What is their stance on Radical Islamist and the threat to the U.S.
2. What are they going to do about border security and the rampant problem with illegal immigration.
3. What kind of man or woman would they put on the Supreme Court (aka Row vs. Wade stance)
4. How do they feel about socialized medicine
5. Do they want to raise taxes on the evil rich
