Thank you very much for that reply. As I mentioned before, John had a wonderful time in Venezuela about 5 years ago but also had to work out with his credit card co getting rid of close to $3000 in fraudulant charges that took about 6 months. Charges were made on it even after the card had been "cancelled." I can only imagine what must be happening now if things are backsliding. When is or should be the next election?
