As a result, the liberals are bound to be right some of the time as are the conservatives, too.

agreed, as it is my contention that neither actually exists.  thinking people are not either one or the other.  that's merely an inbox & an outbox to a particular party-line jangle.  I find it impossible to believe that somebody like you or Dave Baerwald, et al., can be placed in a box.  Putting folks in boxes, packaging them for sale, is a tool for the politico trade.  It ain’t me. 

those hung as posterchildren for the left and the right are farthest from the truth, far-far this and far-far that, & I don't hold a light to any of them; they are the poison that runs through the land, & the enablers of said poison are those who use them as signposts and taglines & jingoist nonesense.  the people are real.  you are the people and I am the people...& we don't breath well in paper or plastic wrap.
