Hostas. We've got about a dozen that have survived about 6 Georgia winters (it freezes here, really), rabbits, cub scouts, a squirrel-chasing dog, accidental watering with weed-b-gone, and a solid trampling by a squirrel-chasing dog-chasing (nameless) adult male.

I couldn't begin to tell you what varieties we've got, but there are probably 3 or 4 of various shades of green/yellow and they really add to the landscaping. The fact that we have to do absolutely nothing makes it all the better.

If only the roses were as cooperative...
