you and your cute little defense mechanisms......i've listened to a lot of the stage patter and i think it's pretty witty and sweetly cynical stuff. i think you're being a bit too hard on yourself. irregardless, striving for self-improvement is always a good thing. not that i don't greatly enjoy being flawlessly perfect and all, but you get my general point.
