As for the interpretation: I'm just glad to see that the question was posed in such a neutral forum, so we can be sure it is truly a sampling of the American public. I also was pleased to see it phrased in such a way that it was not in any way a leading question. I send kudos to Bill for so nobely addressing these matters so that the media bias question will not be raised.
